Return Policy

JaDeraUSA.com will accept returns on UNOPENED products for up to 30 calendar days after you have received them for a full refund of the original purchase price (not including original shipping fee if any.) We WILL NOT, under any circumstances, accept any returns on already opened items. Since every individual has a different perception of what is and isn't effective, opened products will not be accepted for return as a result of dissatisfaction with product results, taste, etc.

THERE IS NO RETURNS FOR SPECIAL OFFERS, COMBO DEAL PACKS, FREE OFFERS, ETC...

If you are returning an item you must include ALL original packaging, containers, contents, etc. or refund will be refused.

Once we receive your items we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the purchaser will pay for return shipping. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. THIS IS ENSURE THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED CAN BE ACCOUNTED FOR AND RECEIPT OF RETURNED ITEM IS DOCUMENTED.

In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier for a damaged shipment. Please include your order number, daytime phone number, and the nature of the damages. You have the option of either receiving a replacement or a full refund (not including original shipping fee if any) once the claims process is complete.

How do I return something?

Notify us via email at info@jaderausa.com that you need to return an item.

Provide the following:
1. Your order number
2. Your name
3. The product(s) being returned
4. Reason(s) for return
5. Daytime phone number
6. Your e-mail address
You must provide a tracking number to us. All returns must be returned with a signature confirmation.
Returns for items purchased over 15 days will not be accepted.
